Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the modern business environment by automating tasks and enhancing internal communication. This research presents the concept and development of an Intelligent Office Companion designed to assist employees in making informed decisions and efficiently communicating within a companys hierarchy. The bot functions as a centralized, intelligent assistant that has real-time access to all company-related information, including notices, meetings, updates, and operational data. It continuously synchronizes with internal databases, ensuring every employee receives the latest information within seconds. The Intelligent Office Companion not only improves workflow and decision-making but also reduces the communication gap between departments and management. By providing instant access to relevant information and enabling structured interaction across levels of authority, it increases productivity and fosters a more responsive work environment. This research explores the bots architecture, implementation strategy, and its potential to transform traditional office operations through automation and smart communication.
