Abstract
Toothbrush is the most effective tool for removing plaque and harmful bacteria from the mouth. Bacterial colonization is reduced by 88.8% as a result of brushing, If the toothbrush is not properly cared for before, during and after use, it can be a cause of diseases in the mouth. Therefore, the quality of used toothbrushes and their associated antibiotic sensitivity were checked. 100 used toothbrushes were collected in a sterile manner and transferred to the laboratory, Bacteria were isolated, Antibiotic sensitivity testing was performed using the disk diffusion test according to the work guidelines of the microbiology laboratory al shhed Mohamed El-Maqrif Hospital
