Abstract
The Mobile Manual Water Purifier (MMWP) is an innovative solution to provide clean and potable water in remote areas, particularly in deserts. The system uses a pedal mechanism of a bicycle to generate mechanical energy, which is then used to drive a water purification process. This eco-friendly system works on mechanical energy without electricity, providing pure drinking water in remote locations without electricity supply. The MMWP includes a bicycle, centrifugal pump, additional sprocket wheel, free wheel, and water filters. The system uses various filtration methods, including activated sediment water purifier, carbon and membrane filtration, to remove impurities from the water. The MMWP is sustainable, cost-effective, and has the potential to provide a sustainable source of clean drinking water to underserved communities, disaster-affected areas, and places without infrastructure
