Abstract

Abstract In today's competitive business environment, organizations recognize that attracting and retaining top talent is essential for their success and growth. As a result, companies have shifted their focus beyond traditional recruitment methods to embrace strategic talent acquisition practices. One key aspect of this approach is organizational branding, which refers to the image, reputation, and perception of an organization as an employer. The study titled "A Study on Organizational Branding and Its Impact on Talent Acquisition" aims to explore the relationship between organizational branding and talent acquisition. It seeks to understand how the perception of an organization as an employer influences the attraction, selection, and retention of talented individuals.
