Abstract
Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive method for real-time echo generation using Simulink, aimed at enhancing audio processing applications and providing a practical foundation for real-time signal processing studies. Utilizing Simulink's capabilities for real-time modeling and simulation, the proposed model is designed to emulate environmental echo effects accurately. We detail the construction of the echo generation model, its integration into a real-time system, and performance results obtained through rigorous testing. This study offers valuable insights into the potential of Simulink for real-time echo processing and highlights its applications in audio enhancement systems.1. IntroductionEcho generation plays a critical role in audio signal processing, enhancing the realism in audio environments and offering improved user experiences in applications such as telecommunication, gaming, and music production. Real-time echo generation poses challenges due to latency and computational requirements. In this study, we leverage Simulink for implementing a real-time echo generation system due to its visual modeling environment and ease of integration with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and real-time systems.
