Abstract
Entrepreneurship is all about risk taking, initiative, independence and creativeness. Entrepreneurs are known for creating new jobs by opening new businesses which ultimately becomes a base for the boost of economy. Entrepreneurship means creation and implementation of new innovative ideas. This can only be done if one has the passion, energy and vision to turn the idea of change into reality by bring the solutions to those problems which are not solved yet. Any creative person can become an entrepreneur.In this paper we are trying to analyze the relation between the family background and entrepreneurial intention of university students of Lahore. We have gathered the information regarding the family background of students and their intentions to start a business, trying to conclude the relationship between them. For this purpose, 250 questionnaires were filled from students of different universities of Lahore.
