Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between studentsscientific attitudes and their socio-economic status, parenting styles, and home environments. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of students through surveys and interviews. The findings reveal significant correlations between studentsscientific attitudes and their socio-economic backgrounds, the parenting styles they are exposed to, and the characteristics of their home environments. These results highlight the importance of a supportive and resource-rich upbringing in fostering a positive scientific attitude. The study underscores the need for educational policies that address these external factors to cultivate scientific literacy among students.
