Abstract: An educational organization presents a remarkable role of supply learning involvement to lead their students from the gloom to of neglect to the light of knowledge. The key personnel in the establishment who play a prime role to bring about this modification are teachers. As stated by NCTE (1998) in Quality Concerns in Secondary Teacher Education, The teacher is the most valuable component in any educational program. It is the teacher who is mainly accountable for application of the educational process at any stage. This shows that it is vital importance to invest in the preparation of teachers, so that the time ahead of a nation is secure. The main of competent teachers to the nations school system can in no way be overemphasized. The National Curriculum Framework 2005 places demands and acquaintance with on the teacher, which need to be addressed by both initial and continuing teacher education.Key Words: Establishment, organization, modification, demand
