Abstract
Employee engagement plays a pivotal role in organizational success by influencing both customer satisfaction and financial performance. This paper examines Cipla Limited, a leading global pharmaceutical company, to understand how employee engagement initiatives impact business outcomes. Using secondary data from annual reports, corporate sustainability reports, and industry analyses, the study finds that Ciplas investment in employee learning, well-being, and recognition enhances workforce motivation, leading to superior customer experiences and improved financial performance. The research highlights the importance of cross-functional strategies linking Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance for sustainable organizational growth.
