Abstract
The SoftNis Data Quality & Productivity Tool is designed to enhance data accuracy and monitor employee performance efficiently. It integrates secure OTP-based authentication, project and team management, and automated Excel validation processes. The system identifies mismatches between 'Production Completedand 'Delivereddata, highlights errors, and calculates user-specific accuracy metrics. Comprehensive reports and visual summaries help in decision-making, training, and quality improvement. This approach ensures reliable data handling, improved productivity, and actionable insights for organizational efficiency.
